Who am I?
My name is Ashlee, ISSA certified personal trainer, certified CIZE! Live instructor, ballroom dance teacher, writer, and mom.
I’ll take weights, yoga, pilates, and dance over traditional cardio any day…So if you see me on a treadmill, assume something is wrong.
Food is a huge weakness for me. While I do believe moderation is key, I sometimes push that to the extreme. Because I love to cook, I’m constantly working to create delicious, healthy recipes that will make me forget the junk!
Other hobbies of mine include: crochet, baking and cake decorating and reading. I’ve dabbled in stand-up comedy, made a tv appearance, and have a habit of randomly meeting celebrities.

I spent so much time and money trying to get fit, but nothing worked. Time and again I found myself frustrated and wishing someone would just tell me what to do. Finally, I discovered a program that worked for me in February 2016, and I’ve been in love with fitness ever since.
Having felt the frustration of having no real guidance, I know why so many people give up before they start seeing results. I want to use my experiences to help you make small and large changes in your everyday life, from the food you eat to workouts that match your comfort level.

My recipes tend to be the quick and easy type, most of which will be Whole 30, Paleo, or 21 Day Fix compliant. You’ll even find ways to clean and organize your home on the cheap, money-saving ideas, and occasionally hair or beauty product suggestions.
