Leg press narrow stance: 2 sets of 10 at 240 (including the press weight of 80 lbs)
Leg press wide stance: 2 sets of 10 at 240 lbs
Deadlift: 2 sets of 5 at 95 lbs, 1 set of 5 at 115 lbs, 1 set of 5 at 135 lbs, plus 3 reps at 155 lbs (personal best)
Calf raises (on Smith machine): 6 sets of 10 at 180 lbs
Kettlebell goblet squats/ Kettlebell single leg deadlifts (superset): 2 sets of 10 each, 12kg
Standing abductors with dumbbell: 2 sets of 10 each leg, 25 lb
