Clearly, the last week of my Whole30 came and went. I made it! I lived through it! Glory, glory, hallelujah!
So the final week of the Whole30 was a breeze. I did rely more on Larabars as a pre-workout ‘breakfast’…I couldn’t eat any more hard-boiled eggs, guys. I also ended up dining out twice during my last week, once for work and another time with family. Of course, both meals ended up taking place at Mexican restaurants. I may have stared a little too hard at everyone else’s rice while I ate my fajitas (without the tortillas, rice, or beans). I did discover that it’s possible to eat Mexican food without eating my weight in chips and salsa…which was an interesting experiment that I don’t plan to repeat.
Sorry. Chips and salsa (or guacamole) are life.
