I have a love/hate relationship with leg day. Not doing it is never an option, because I’d be skipping the biggest muscles in my body…But they can be hard to work effectively. Squats get boring, and they don’t hit all of the muscles I want to work. Yesterday, the kettlebells at my gym seemed to be calling my name.
