I do not recommend getting a stomach bug while doing the Whole30.
Good lord, I have never wanted a saltine cracker and ginger ale so much in all my life. I felt so awful that I spent the entire day on the couch, which is completely unheard of. Luckily, I found Good Girls Revolt on Amazon Prime and watched the entire first season. Of course, there’s no second season, so now I need something else to watch.
That was Wednesday…I didn’t eat anything substantial until Thursday evening, when I finally got brave enough to try eating a baked potato. Success! It was the most delicious baked potato I’ve ever had.
Now I’m back to eating normally, thank goodness. I made some slow cooker turkey chili on Friday that we ate all weekend. O likes his bowl to be mostly full of avocado with just a drizzle of chili. I’ve been eating mine with cubed, roasted sweet potato. So good!
